Prior to that, Regina served as Anchor and Head of News for Bloomberg TV Philippines, overseeing the daily editorial agenda for the network. She holds a Masters in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University, and was a 2024 Jefferson Fellow at the East West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and a 2026 fellow for the JournalismAI Academy of LSE.
