Nishy De Silva is the Senior Vice President and Shared Services Technology Head at Security Bank Corporation, where she oversees enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across the bank’s internal enabling groups. In her role, she leads the Shared Services Technology Division with a strategic focus on modernizing platforms, optimizing delivery capabilities, and strengthening governance and operational excellence.
Before joining Security Bank, Nishy built a strong foundation in technology leadership and delivery across major financial and shared services organizations. She previously served as Solutions Delivery and Project Implementation Partner Head at Banco de Oro (BDO) Unibank and held various technical and leadership positions at AIG Shared Services. Her experience spans software programming, business analysis, project management, and enterprise delivery—giving her a unique endtoend lens across both technology build and run functions.
