Overview
The Finance Transformation Clinic is designed as a high-value account engagement for net-new prospects. It is intentionally positioned as a diagnostic working session rather than a product presentation. The objective is to help a prospect identify the practical gaps between its current finance environment and the foundations required for a more automated, connected and AI-enabled finance function.
The commercial logic is equally important: the workshop creates a credible reason for Oracle and Tibura to engage multiple stakeholders in a target account, surface transformation priorities, and establish a fact-based bridge into a qualified follow-up conversation.
Program objectives
-
Understand current finance transformation readiness
-
Identify process, data, technology and operating-model constraints
-
Prioritise areas where automation and AI can create value
-
Leave with practical next steps
Core design principle
Diagnose first; demonstrate second. Any Oracle technology discussion or demonstration should be connected to issues identified during the clinic. This keeps the session consultative and avoids the experience feeling like a pre-scripted sales pitch.
